PAYMENTS

  1. Methods of Payment
    • Selly Djap accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

  2. Payment Conditions
    • For your security, the billing name and address must match the credit card or other method used for payment. Any PayPal account used must be in the name shown on your government-issued identification document. Selly Djap LLC reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with this or with our other security criteria.

    • Your card or another method of payment will be charged immediately during checkout. Payment will be taken for pre-ordered items when your order is placed during checkout.

    • State and local sales tax may be added to merchandise delivered to the following state(s): NY.

    • Your sales tax will be automatically calculated and added to your order during checkout.

    • Please note: All orders are placed with Selly Djap LLC, which is a US entity, therefore your card issuer or payment method provider may apply other international bank charges. In addition, if your credit/debit card or other methods of payment is not denominated in the currency of your purchase, the final price will be charged in the currency of your card. This will be calculated and charged by your card issuer. Selly Djap LLC has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. Please contact your issuing bank for further information before placing your order.

  3. Which Currency Will My Purchases Be Made In?
    • All purchases and shipping costs are charged in the nominated USD currency, regardless of the shipping destination.

  4. When Will I Be Charged?
    • Your card or other methods of payment will be charged during checkout.

  5. Is Saving My Card Secure?
    • When ordering online, there may be an option to save your card details meaning you can check out more quickly the next time you place an order. Our site uses Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology to encrypt your payment details.

    • If you wish to change these details, please visit My Account and click on Account Details.

    • PayPal account details cannot be saved.

  6. Why Was My Credit/Debit Card or Other Payment Method Declined At Checkout?
    • If you receive notification that your credit or debit card or other payment method has been declined, please contact your issuing bank or payment provider. Before doing so, please ensure that:

      • The card details or payment information entered are correct. For instance, your 16-digit code is correct, and that you have selected the right card type

      • The 3 or 4-digit security number is correct

      • Your credit card has not expired

    • If you have saved your card details or payment information we also recommend that you:

      • Check that the selected card or method of payment is active and that it has not expired

      • Ensure that the billing address matches the credit card or payment method used for payment

        • You can edit saved credit card details or payment information by selecting the ‘Update Billing Address’ button and following the instructions

      • Ensure you have supplied a correct 3 or 4-digit security number for the selected card or payment method

PRE-ORDER

Certain products that are not immediately available to purchase may be displayed on sellydjap.com. These items can be pre-ordered to secure them once they become available. Delivery times will be communicated to you before you place your order and when you receive acknowledgment for your order. Our usual return and cancellation conditions apply. Normal manufacturing times still apply, and orders received towards the end of the pre-order period may not ship on the advertised ship dates.

SHIPPING

  1. Delivery times are estimates and are provided by the shipping company, United Parcel Service. Selly Djap LLC cannot guarantee a delivery date, please view the carrier website for all of their shipping terms and policies. We provide a tracking number with every order and ship all orders via UPS Ground. Since the packages are high value, all shipments are insured, require a signature upon delivery, and cannot be rerouted from the provided shipping address.
  2. In addition to delivery times, please allow between 7-10 business days for the manufacturing of your luxury clothing, as Selly Djap LLC is a made-to-order luxury brand.
  3. Please select your preferred shipping destination for shipping options, delivery times, shipping costs and all other information. Please note different Terms & Conditions may apply for different shipping destinations.
  4. Every package shipped to the Continental United States and Alaska/Hawaii includes complimentary shipping and return shipping. International orders are subject to shipping charges and may be subject to the customs charges for your country. Please contact your customs office to learn about any possible charges before placing your order; Selly Djap LLC is not responsible for any customs charges.
  5. Please note: we do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes.
 

EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

  1. Exchanges Policy
    • Exchanges can be made online for orders before 7 a.m. the next business day through filling out the Return/Exchange Form.

    • After delivery, purchases can be exchanged for another size by completing the Return/Exchange Form.

  2. Returning Your Purchase
    • Free returns are available worldwide for all full price items within 30 days of shipping, provided the return conditions specified below are met. Instructions are provided below.

    • How To Return Your Purchase

      • Please place the item(s) in the original shipping box or any other suitable box.

      • Complete the Return/Exchange Form.

      • After we have processed your form, you will receive a Return/Exchange

      • Confirmation Form and return label.

      • Place the Return/Exchange Confirmation Form in the box and attach the return label to the outside of the box.

      • Important: We do not accept liability for goods returned using any method other than our collection service. Please be sure to keep the receipt when turning a package over to the carrier.

    • Return Conditions

      • Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country with the original Return/Exchange Form.

      • Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all Selly Djap item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.

      • Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns or anything Selly Djap LLC reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer. Where an item is supplied with a hygiene strip, the item can only be returned if the hygiene strip has not been removed and remains intact.

  3. Receiving A Refund
    • Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment.

    • On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible upon inspection of your garment. Used garments and any damaged garments will be returned to the customer and not be refunded. Credit card refunds are processed immediately after inspection, and refunds will appear on your credit card statement based upon processing times with your credit card bank. Refunds via PayPal are processed through PayPal and subject to PayPal’s refund policies.

    • If the item which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.
